We take pride in our delicious kaiseki-style multi-course dinners that showcase local flavors and colors. Our traditional kaiseki dinners feature locally-harvested fresh seafood, but we also offer a variety of kaiseki courses such as a hotpot dinner brimming with Oita Kanmuri, a new local breed of chicken.Indulge yourself in the seasonal flavors of Oita.We also receive special seasonal shipments, such as fugu in the autumn and winter, and Shiroshita flounder in the spring and early summer.
